Dither Effect Project

This was a fun little experiment with the dither effect in After Effects where I played around with how images break down into pixels. By tweaking thresholds and using Posterize Color, I turned smooth gradients into gritty, retro-style visuals. It was interesting to see how reducing detail actually made certain elements stand out more. The whole process felt like rebuilding the image in a more raw, graphic way, giving it a digital yet nostalgic vibe.
